Why riders
keep coming back

Three answers come up every time.

01

Low-impact training

Ride at full effort with zero pounding on your knees, hips, or ankles. It's the rare hard workout you can do several times a week and still feel good enough to come back tomorrow.

02

Motivational stats

Every bike feeds your CycleStats — live power and heart rate during class, a full breakdown after. Watching those numbers climb week over week is what turns a first ride into a standing appointment.

03

Every class is a show

Lights down, sound up, stadium seating, instructor on the mic. The CycleTheatre doesn't feel like the gym — it feels like a night out, which is why people book the next one before they've left the building.

What riders say

Straight from our Google reviews.

★★★★★
"CycleBar is fantastic — high energy and demanding. 'Connect' classes let you ride your ride; the 'Classic' rides push your limits. The instructors are both encouraging and demanding. Excellent."
★★★★★
"Love the energy of the instructors, great music, challenging cardio, and the fact that I'm in and out in 45 minutes! The iced coffee on Wednesday mornings after the 6am class is an added bonus."

★★★★★
"The instructors really push you to give your best effort, but also encourage you to listen to your body. I love that they incorporate a weighted upper-body workout halfway through. Pumping music and fun instructors. Highly recommend!"
